Hi! We’re Kyle and Isabelle, co-founders of Mercury Coffee Co.

For nearly a decade, we dreamed of creating a cozy cafe filled with plants, community, and really good coffee. What started as a mobile espresso bar has grown into something even more exciting: our first brick-and-mortar location, now open on South Avenue in Rochester, NY.

Mercury Coffee Co. is all about connection - whether it’s serving lattes at a local festival or welcoming you into our shop with your favorite drink. We still offer our full-service mobile espresso bar for weddings, showers, private events, and pop-ups, and now we’re proud to have a permanent space to call home.

Before Mercury, Izzy spent over 10 years as a floral designer, and her love of plants, design, and hosting shines through in every detail of the cafe. Kyle worked in commercial video production, and brings his creative energy and attention to detail to everything we do. We're also the proud parents of a spirited little boy who keeps us inspired and grounded.

We started Mercury to build something meaningful - for our family and for the Rochester community we love. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee on the go, planning a special event, or settling in for a slow morning with us on South Ave, we’re so glad you’re here.
