Mercury Coffee is Rochester’s premier local coffee shop and mobile espresso bar.
Founded by Izzy and Kyle, Mercury was born from a shared love of coffee, community, and creating something meaningful in the city we call home. As a family-owned business, we set out to build more than just a cafe - we wanted to build a space that feels warm, personal, and full of heart.
